I know many people seem to be tired of seeing Rachael Ray's face everywhere and I think she is a bit over exposed but I still enjoy watchng her 30 Minute Meals and trying many of her recipes or getting ideas for similar ones with ingredients my family will enjoy. I also like $40 a day, but didn't like the feel of Tasty Travels. I enjoyed some of the episodes of Inside Dish where she cooked and dined with celebrities. Of course some of my favorite $40 episodes were when she visited NC or CA since I've lived both places. I even enjoyed watching her show on regular TV but don't see that one anymore since I started back to work full time in January.
I also have several of her cookbooks -- 365 No Repeats, Express Lane Cooking - which I got with Nabisco points for the price of shipping, 30 Minute Get Real Meals, and Kid Food. I was a little disappointed in Kid Food, since most of the recipes my 7 year old great neice wouldn't touch and all the recipes in this one appear in her other books.
We've tried too many of her recipes to mention them all here but a couple of our favorites are the Tesas Hold UM Chipotle Mini burgers with warm fire roasted garlic ketchup and her Mini Cheese and Tomato Sammies. As Rachael would say YumO!
Here's a link to the Chipotle burgers:

Julie, would be nice if there were more pix in her books but then the price would be higher.
Fran, sorry you don't like her food but hey if everyone liked the same things then this would be a dull world.
That said, I will say I have watched a program or two where I thought the food was nice, but her perkiness seems to get in the way of my enjoyment ;-)
One of my favorites is from 365 Meals - a salad that has so many things in it and it is topped with prosciutto and a homemade pesto dressing. It has been a big hit - I made it for 3 different get-togethers.
Joan, I agree that some of her recipes are quite good. I like that I can make most of her dishes in less than 45 minutes (for her it takes 30 because she has someone else prepping some of the items for her altho' it sometimes looks like she does all of her own slicing and chopping) and she has swap-outs for some parts of the dish (you don't see her swapping the pot but she does it and it is edited out to look like she does the whole thing in 30 minutes).
Risa, I guess some people are just normally bubbly. I've never timed myself doing one of her recipes but it doesn't bother me that it might take longer than 30 min. I'll have to look for the salad you mentioned.
Thanks for the comments both of you!
I do have her "Get Togethers" cookbook, and have cooked from it. There are some good recipes in there.
Martin likes to watch her carry arm loads of ingredients across her kitchen. He wants to see her drop something. I told him they would edit that out. Would they edit it, or leave it in? Has anyone ever seen her drop anything?
Personally, I am tired of seeing her everywhere and really don't care for her show, just because I want to hear her talk about cooking and the inspiration for making the dishes she does instead of listening to her talk about fashion or give advice as to how to raise children for example.
Carolyn, I think she's getting a little better about the goofyness, maybe it was due to being nervous. You're right she isn't quiet as messy as she was at the beginning either. It kinda got on my nerves that she threw salt every time she cooked with it at the beginning. I'd saw people throw it over their shoulder for luck when they spilled it but not every time they cooked with it. Could end up with a very gritty floor like that.
