Desire #1
How much we share, as yet unknown,
In lives apart like spotlights searing city skies,
Roving lidless, gazing upon the heavens, yet
Seeing neither stars nor each other.

It's nice to be able to share mine and read yours as well. Except for 2 that I got published in the college art forum in grad school 15 years ago, I've never really shown this to anyone, even family. Do all artists hoard their stuff and have a hard time sharing? Thanks for being a receptive and responsive audience.
More later.
By the way, I have other poems posted at my namespace from earlier that you may be interested in.
Thanks also for the affirmation, Krista.
