Here's a recipe for the weekend.
You will need:
8 oz. Pineapple with juice, crushed
3.5 oz. pkg. Instant Coconut Pudding
3/4 c. Milk
1/2 c. Sour Cream
Directions:
In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients. Once things appear to be mixed continue for another 30 seconds.
Then refrigerate for several hours to over night. Serve with fresh fruit.
