How do you get you child or children to sleep in there own bed? My daughter will be 5 in October and I have tried everything but she will not sleep in her own room or bed.I can't not lift or carry so that leaves moving her. and I have tried tv in her room have tried bribing i have tried everything I can think of help....... She also has weak bladder which don't help none when she is in my bed.

she's old enough to tell you why she doesn't want to sleep in her own bed so ask if you haven't. If it's fear, find out what will make her feel safe, if it's being alone, take her to buy a stuffed animal to be her bedtime buddy. You might also try using a t-shirt of yours that you have worn as a pillow case. She would then have your scent to comfort her in the night.
I remember staying in my daughter's room, and my husband fell asleep in her room once waiting for her to fall asleep.
I would read her several stories, have a night light in her room & more.
It all comes down to what works for you.
