One detail I neglected to add to the above post (and which I may edit in later) is the Sabian Symbol for the rising degree, the WHAT? Point of the chart which describes the event or thing itself:
"28Sagittarius": "An old bridge over a beautiful stream." Talk about synchronicity.

my heart goes out to those effected. i was glad to learn that our minneapolisians (auntie smedley, frick and zelda) are all ok.
Jude, yes, all of the Post Tarts (who mostly hang out in the Listeners' Lounge) live in the Twin Cities. And I don't mean the suburbs... we're all in Minneapolis and St. Paul proper. We're all heartsick.
