Posted an article and sent a messge yesterday asking people to submit an inspirational saying to go with my image here. (I think the repsonces will still accompany this message) - but, the article was fagged and I learned Gather doesn't like people to state prices or try to sell on Gather. That wasn't exactly my intent, although I did hope people would go to my website and maybe I'd get a sale from it.
Anyway!
I have withdrawn the offer, and removed the price of my prints and sent a message to all you got the original one offering a free print to the person who wrote the message I used.
I apologize.

Gather came down hard on me for mentioning that my original art was for sale. Not only can I no longer show prices of my otiginal paintings, but I have to go back and remove all references to prices or that they are for sale or even available for sale )I am in the process of doing that, but it takes time). It violates the Gather.com TOS. I just wanted you to know that I feel if one cannot do it, none should be able to.

I hated flagging your article, but I am determined to make everyone aware of how Gather.com operates, and I am insisting the "rules" be equally applied to all. Your's is not the first (and I suspect it will not be the last) that I have blocked for violating the same rule for which I was flagged and blocked.
Please, people, if you feel this is unfair and unreasonable, tell Gather.com!! It's not me, but the owners who are doing this! This is not about 'sour grapes' - it is about fairness.

If it hadn't been for the Gather Guides I don't think I would EVER have been told why my image was blocked!! I mean it just seemed to rude and so "random" - the TOS are not the problem, but they need to be enforced equitably and charitably.
