AFTER B-DAWG'S HEALTH CRISIS IN BOSTON, the TTT's, or Dawgs as they call themselves, had a couple of euphoric days just messing around Boston, Cambridge and Harvard with Italian sister. B-Dawg only had residual pain from the procedure performed on his tonsil. Then it was on to New York and Cousin A-Dawg, who plays and teaches guitar in Manhattan. One day in the Big Apple was enough for the Dawgs; they found they couldn't take deep breaths due to the polluted city air. In the past, B-Dawg had allergies and was starting to become asthmatic; fortunately these symptoms receded to being very minor annoyances about 9 months after he got off gluten, but the memory is still there, and both B-Dawg and C-Dawg wanted out of there.
SO IT WAS ON TO MONTREAL, where the Dawgs walked around breathing deeply and feeling happy again, enjoying the city and the fact that there were a lot of young people walking around in the evening. This being a budget trip, and the end of free accommodations with good-humored relatives, they opted to stay in the train station overnight and hop the next train to Toronto. However, we got a call this morning saying they were already there. They are going to find a youth hostel and stay a day or two. So that is where we'll leave them for now, as Mother of the Twins is off on her own adventure to meet up and visit relatives with T-Dawg, the younger brother; not so very far away from them, but far enough to make it unlikely we'll meet. The trains just don't go to Michigan that way. If I get an opportunity, I'll give you an update....

enjoy your trip.
Visiting Mom is not tops on their list of priorities (!), though it would have been nice for them to see their H. cousins, I think the last time was in 2002.
They're good at "eh" as they've been to Canada more than once, ha!!
then off to Montreal!
