Sparkle Tags, Glitter Tags...

Are referring to the glitter and sparkle graphic images?

Do you just use html code here? I haven't tried at this particular site. Hope someone can help you!

I have never used them on this site, but it's worth a shot. The site I get my graphics for my myspace page is www.freecodesource.com. Click on the graphics, it will bring up all sorts of different one. Once you find a graphic that you like, click on that, and then there's a code. Copy the code, and then paste it into the comment. Or at least it's worth a try! :) Good Luck!

And... is the image you want to use (butterfly) saved on your computer, or on the web somewhere?

However, you must also enter at least one text character into the comment box, along with the image 'code'. This can be just a single period '.', or any message you would like. Images will not be posted unless it is accompanied by text.

Yes Kevin, the glitter and sparkle images. I have the butterfly saved in my computer, it's in a file with a bunch of photos...

For finding and storing images online, I suggest using an image hosting service like Photobucket.com. There are MANY sites that provide free graphics, but Photobucket has a fairly good selection, allows you to store your own images, and is very easy to use.

As an example:

1) Go to THIS page on Photobucket. You will see an animated smiley graphic.

2) To add this smiley to a comment, click anywhere in the box under the words 'HTML Tag - Websites & Blogs'.

3) The 'code' for this graphic will be automatically copied to your clipboard.

4) Go to the article or comment box where you want to add the graphic, and click 'paste'.

5) The 'code' for the graphic will be pasted into the comment. When you post the comment, the graphic will then appear.

Note: You must also enter at least one text character into the comment box, along with the image 'code'. This can be just a single period '.', or any message you would like. Images will not be posted unless it is accompanied by text.

This image 'code' will also work in Gather Mail messages.

To use your 'butterfly' image, you will need to create a Photobucket account (it's free!), upload your image, and then follow my directions above to use it on Gather.

you just copy and paste the code from photobucket. but you have to type at least one letter in the comment area for it to work or it wont work..

it does all the html for you...
