It is called Grilled Pineapple with Vanilla Ice Cream and Hot Caramel
Prep time =15 minutes
total time=30 minutes
makes 8 servings
you will need
1 fresh pinapple (3-4)pounds
1 half gallon of vanilla ice cream
1 8 0z jar of caramel topping heated
peel the pineapple and cut crosswise into 8 1/2 inch thick rings
remove the from each ring
grill the rings directily over medium heat on an oiled grate for 3-4 minutes on each side or until grill marks appear. set aside top each ring with a scoop of ice cream and drizzle with hot caramel.
garnish with maraschino cherries for color.
