Sweet Food
Chocolates, biscuits, cakes and boild sweets are so bad for the teeth, also chewing gum,
making so much saliva, that must stick to the teeth and cause decay,
even though we are encouraged to chew it.
Natural food
Vegetables such as carrots and fruits like apples are best for the teeth,
and cost less than a bar of chocolate.
Dried Fruits
Dried fruit is too concentrated with sugar, and the same as eating a boild sweet.
Brushing teeth
Why do we brush our teeth in the morning when most of our eating is done during the day,
would it not be better to brush before we go to bed?, this would clear away all the food from the day,
then bacterior has nowhere to thrive during our sleep time, and teeth are still fresh in the morning.

and take better care of my teeth.
Chewing gum sweetened with Xylitol and Peelu gum are both GOOD for the teeth and gums.
Is it too much to ask to brush at least 2 a day. I have a fellow worker who also brushes at work after he has eaten. Now that is dedication.
