Hi all
I'm a stay at home of four little ones. Well this fall my 2 oldest will be going to Kindergarten! My oldest was suppose to go last fall. but the deadline to turn 5 is Dec 1st but he turned 5 December 16th! And my daughter turns 5 this November. Anyways. Some reason its hitting me hard that they are going to school. It's making me very sad. Does anyone else experience this? Also I plan to take pictures as they get on the bus and off of it. Is that too wierd.. let me know what you all think

Anyway, to the question about sadness- NO. For starters, she was in pre-school last year, so I already have had her away from the house. But beside that, I'm ready for a break. I'm a SAHM, and it's just going to be... very nice having a break every day. I can't wait until school starts up. ;)
I don't have any children starting Kindergarten this year.
I had to be a tough mom though, because my son was very weary about starting Pre-K, because he did not know anyone, and because he does not speak much English.
No. It's not weird to take pictures of them getting on and off the bus. My girls don't take the bus (I drive them) but on their first days of school, I take pictures of them eating breakfast, inside the house in their school clothes with and without backpacks & lunch boxes, outside in their school clothes with and without backpacks & lunch boxes, in the car on the way to school and then whatever I can get at the school. On the last day of school I take pictures of them coming out the door and at different spots at the school. So if anything, I'm a little weird. Take all the pictures you want of everything you want to their first day of school. Their very first day only happens once.
I found it a relief when mine went off to school....they were ready...and so was I...lol
