This afternoon my son took his nap as usual. He had been asleep for about 3 hours when I heard some noise from his room. So, I figured he must have woken up and started playing. I open the door to his room and find him sitting on his bed with his head down. I thought he was crying at first. So, I turned on the light and found out that he wasn't crying, he was admiring his work.
After he woke up, he decided to sort the hangers into piles of like hangers. He separated them into 3 piles. One of clip hangers, one of colored plastic hangers, and one of shirt hangers. He was sitting on his bed admiring what he'd done.
It was so cute we had to take a picture of it. He's only 2 1/2 and he was just so proud of himself that his little face was beaming with pride and joy. It was one of those moments a mother cherishes forever.

As adults I think most of us need to find that source of joy again instead of just drudging thru our days.
He is very talented to be sorting at his age though!
