It is free Laurun. It cost $20 to be a VIP which you don't have to be to enjoy the savings. VIP entitles you to certain priviledges to help you make money, but it is strictly optional.

Yeah, I signed up too! But they keep bugging me for the $20. What's up with that??? I'm still signed up, but they're making it sound like I get nothing now. So I'm a member - can I sign up for VIP later, or does it have to be before Aug. 1st too??
