LINDSAY LOHAN'S LATEST ARREST
Just days after being released from rehab, 21 year old Lindsay Lohan was arrested yet again early Tuesday morning. Santa Monica police say Lohan was driving under the influence and with a suspended license. Authorities also allegedly found coccaine in one of the star's pockets.
Lohan told "Access Hollywood via an email "I am innocent... did not do drugs they're not mine."
The arrest happened after police received a 911 call from the mother of Lohan's former personal assistant, saying that Lohan was chasing her in an SUV. The assistant had quit her job a few hours prior. Apparently Lohan and the assistant's mother were found by authorities in a heated debate in a Santa Monica parking lot around 1:00 a.m.
This incident the latest in a debacle of blunders. Lohan still faces DUI allegations connected to a Memorial Day weekend hit-and-run crash in Beverly Hills. The actress completed more than six weeks in rehab less than two weeks ago. She was in rehab last January as well. Lohan had also been wearing an alcohol monitoring bracelet and was allegedly being tested daily.

IS BRITNEY "OK?"
Things have to be bad when a celebrity magazine actually considers not revealing the scoop on a star. According to "OK!" magazine it actually thought twice about revealing the true story of its interview and photo shoot with Britney Spears.
According to insiders Britney appeared completely out of it. She used a Chanel gown to clean up her puppy's poop and she took constant bathroom breaks during the shoot.
Britney allegedly berated a photographer who was hot on her trail telling the female shutterbug that she was a fat (blank) and needed to join weight watchers.
So Gather Members... Whose fault is this? Parents, paparazzi... the public who can't get enough of these stories? What would be your advice as a parent and the manager of these two stars? Please dish below.

your grounded!!!
At least reading about Hollywood "starlets" can make the rest of us feel much, much better about our mundane, relatively well-adjusted lives!
They should shape up and be grateful for all the success they've achieved. What a waste....
We must be so superficial to just love to see someone's face, or hear someone's voice, in the media that we do not care a bit about what is inside there sick and troubled people, or are so many people empty and sick inside in America these days they feel like this helps keep them company and give them hope?
At some point America has to realize we are just like this, and need to start getting hold of excesses and taking things seriously for everyone's sake ... even Lindsay Lohan, though she surely would not see it.
Looks like she getting the TV space to bring that forth.
Good for Lindsay. Go girl go.
How many legal adults must have given her alcohol, purchased alcohol for her, allowed her to drink on their property or simply turned and walked away from her? Recognize that the first three of these are illegal behaviors in most states.
Laws intended to regulate social behavior, such as drug possession and excessive drinking have penalties sufficient to discourage this behavior in the middle class. For most of us, the legal fees alone would cause us to think twice about repeating behavior such as driving without a license, and would impose appreciable financial hardship. For the likes of Lohan and Hilton, costs that would be painful or even crippling to most middle class families, offer no hardship at all!
You can be sure some of the girls mentioned above will be having the same type of trouble as they hit 40, please recall Mr. Downy.
In this case the father of the girl has gone through re-hab and has contributed to the girls way-of- life.
The danger to innocent people from drivers that have a high alcohol count is serious. We as a country are moving slowly to punish drunk drivers and will eventuly reach a better level of enforcement and rehab.
Some of you may remember the penalty for taking bribes by a health minister in China...he was executed.
The young girl is responsible for her actions and will pay the price, I just hope it is not the ultimate price.
So, how does one teach the young those things. Are we missing something in our culture in the US?
Or do the young still need to learn from their mistakes in this country?
Are the young going to be allowed to learn from the best teacher, which is their own mistakes?
I think that those that don't think so are suffering from delusions.
LINDSAY need a stronger and reliable friend... ''She is too young even in 21 and have the liberating rights''. She must be by her parents or any one closer in her familial side.
How could such case be possible that is horrible but she is very young and it is not too late, she needs help from anyone that knows best.... From the Cops, Assistants, Boyfriends, Girlfriends, Nuns, Preacher, Vendors, Media, Lawyers, Cousin, Friends or Fans, from ANYONE!
SHE/THEY SHOULD BE IN THE CHURCH to have some LIGHT within their chosen LIMELIGHT...
Showbiz and The Church now is a social issue like Politics and Religion, Government and the Church's Order.
Things like that breaks my heart to many pieces... hmmm wish I could be there, if only I could fly( she is still a youth ann icon need to be supported positively, in a way socially productive).
That's her(Lindsay) understood way of adventure and its a wrong route for a gifted girl, I think it will takesome time for her to realize that WASTED TIME...
She is so very ALONE...
Look at her face it is beyond compare, hidden in that dried personality she is sporting, a fate handed by a wicked destiny (Christopher Reeve).
