I dont take supplements of any form and feel that we really dont need to , I never have been on a diet or use that word , if you balance your food intake -- all is well ... Happy eating :)

Actually I saw this list of top ten antioxidants one day , and realized wow I had been eating all of these foods all along , made my day , yes except for the soy , I do drink that less
I have never been the type to count calories either , how many calories in what , omg , Balance is the key word for me :)
