A few weeks ago I received a copy of Dr. Hope Ricciotti's book I'm Pregnant, Now What Do I Eat?Â
Once I opened the book for the first time, it was hard to put down.  The book has a ton of wonderful information that every woman should know about as soon as the pregnancy test shows up positive.
Dr. Hope Ricciotti gives information on different vitamins that each mother and child needs during pregnancy, some ways to help ease nausea during the first trimester, excellent recipes that incorporate the vital nutrients needed, and how to maintain a healthy weight during pregnancy.
One of the best parts of the book is the tasty recipes. There are recipes for breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner. Many of which your entire family is sure to enjoy. Dr. Ricciotti also has some recipes for those times when you don't really have any time to cook and none of them are too complicated to fix. All of the recipes are healthy, safe for you and your little bundle, and taste great!
I wish I would have had this book during my first pregnancy. Even though I'm not a first time mom, I still came away with a ton of new knowledge.  I've also started incorporating more healthy foods in my diet because I had the opportunity from reading I'm Pregnant, Now What Do I Eat, to see what different foods contain to be able to have a balanced diet.
I definitely recommend this book to anyone that is trying to conceive, is currently pregnant, or is breastfeeding since the same nutritional needs apply to those mothers too.

I don't eat much salt-I buy unsalted vegetables and use as little butter as possible.
Also, thank you for including the other reviews to read, especially mine! =)
Michelle K.--since you may be trying, the best suggestion I can give you is to start taking prenatal vitamins b/c folic acid is extremely important to prevent many birth defects.
You're welcome Angela
