I don't know when
my father-in-law began planting them, but for the last few years that I have been to visit his and Mary's home in Iowa, he always has a very pretty hollyhock blooming right by the steps leading up to the back porch. The sun was just beginning to go down in the west and I captured these blooms with a little natural back lighting.
