So... I am on a diet again! The scale is creeping up past 150 and at my height I really should be closer to 110. The problem is I have a horrendous sweet tooth.
Does anyone have some sweet fixes that won't break my diet?

If you simply MUST have candy, I've found that you can get those See's Candies little pops - not the suckers, but the little hard candies that are the same as the suckers, but smaller and you can have like 5 of them - but then you have to stop.
I guess its time for me to do the same.
Sweets are my biggest problem.
Snacks that have worked for me....(in the past)
(the best tasting)
atkins peanut butter cups
berries and whipped cream in a cup
slimfast low sugar bars (the bar that looks like butterfinger)
It held me over just fine. :-)
But I can usually shut her up with cookies.
granola bars, fresh fruit
sugar free jello. the off brand has only 5 calories and the Jello brand has 10. with so few calories you can even add a little fat free whip cream! I love this for an evening treat!
also carmel rice cakes or even chocolate rice cakes they usually only have 40-50 calories. Try adding some sugar free jelly or some fruit so it may fill you up. or put some low fat lunch meat on it with veggies and a little mozzarella cheese, put in the toaster oven and you have your lunch (that taste great with the white chedder cheese rice cakes)
sugar-free pudding
