Reprinted because I just reread it. My four year old granddaughter said this and I couldn't resist.

I called my daughter  to explain why I had hung up on her so suddenly.  I explained that my dog had pooped out a long poop. It was gross, and then the dog  pulled it out of her ownbutt. It was straight, long, and stunk. Later, I found out it was a sock that she had eaten. While I explained this to my daughter my granddaughter was listening.

She said, "Now, Mimi, don't wash that sock; you need to just "troogh" it in the garbage."

She has a great point, that sock, totally trash! Im amazed it went through your dogs system so...um...well? Could you tell it was a sock? I mean clearly you did but was it easy to tell?! I would think the stomach acids would eat it up quite a bit
