Which ones do you watch?

Do you have a favorite soap star?

I watch all my children but missed it yesterday .

Can anyone update me on what happened

on the show yesterday.

 

 Tell me all about the ones you enjoy if you like.I am curious to know if there are other

here that watch them and which ones.

I use to watch them a long time ago. I remember the very first year of "The Young and The Restless" when almost everyone was poor except for Mr. Chancellor. David Hasselhoff played Snapper Foster.

Hello,if this counts for anything with a stroyline,i watch Wrestling,,if one thinks about it ,that is exactly what wrestling is,a man's soap opera: )
but sorry,cant help ya on the storyline of all my children,but try going to google or your favorite search engine and typing in all my children,or something to that effect,im sure you can find out what has been happening on the show.

I used to watch when my son was a baby, and I was at home all the time. I watche General Hospital and One Life To Live. But I haven't watched those in years.

I just watch that one cause its on lunch break but sometimes miss it,its no big deal though cause you can always figure it out next time you watch.

I didnt know David Hasselhoff played in a soap.They can get boring.I started watching all my children in jr high the teacher would watch it and so would we lol but I have went years without watching then pick back up watching.It will be interesting to see who likes those soaps.Men like them too.

Yep, that was the first time I'd ever heard of Hasselhoff and then I think he went on to do "Knight Rider" with the talking car. He was on the soap in 1975 or around there.

I loved him in knight rider.I think everyone wanted kitt.lol I didnt realize that soap was that old either.

I don't watch any right now. Wehn i was younger my Grandmother got me hooked. It was bad. I was 15 and watched every CBS soap. Y&R, B&B, ATWT, And GL. I recorded them while I was in school. Then I started watching Days and AMC. I would record them all! So I would watch 6 soaps and do all the other teen stuff! It all stopped when I had kids. Now I'm so far behind. When I turn them on I don't even recognise anyone!

Alainia,that was bad. I guess I am still in a way addicted to that one because of watching as a teen.But I didnt really watch them when my kid was younger cause it was always kids shows like barney or something we would be watching.lol.

GROSS! HATE THEM!
I can think of ONE good thing to do with soap operas, it involves a match, and a flameable liquid. This would eliminate the scripts being written! Are you kidding! I knew there were some people out there that enjoyed that dribble, but I thought it was mostly the uneducated, drama queens, trailer park princesses, and really fat loney women with lots of kids who prayed for a life similar to what they saw, and secretly had a crush on a certain soap star, and sent him fan mail a lot and cookies.....
Oh my gosh. Anyway. There are so many GREAT WONDERFUL uses I can think of to use the buildings for that those peices of monkey poo are produced in.

OMG yes.. Y&R and now I have my hubby stuck on it as well! Sine i've become unemployed I'm back to watching Guiding Light and Bold and Beautiful.. after watching them my life isn't so bad!!

My Mother watched As The World Turns for decades. She use to update me but I never got into it. I did like Beauty and the Beast and don't know why? I haven't seen it on for a long time.

I have been an extreme addict! When I was still working I'd tape my favs. All on NBC. At the time they were Days, Another World, and Santa Barbara. My fav was SB. When it was cancelled I was crushed! LOL When Another World went away, I swore off I was so darned mad. I weaned off them completely now. I've looked at Days once in a while but I'm lost, plus it all seems like kids to me now! I've aged! The younger generation used to be MY thing. My fav actors/characters are either gone, or well grown and their kids are the principles now! Hee hee hee......
