Went on a job interview yesterday and really liked the firm and the lawyer. Because I'm new to the area and don't know the reputations of many of the lawyers I've asked around and one friend says he's a jerk (I thought he was really nice!) and the other friend said my personality wouldn't fit with the firm (but I found everyone very pleasant). Now my gut tells me to go with my own instincts and as my family said to me everyones personality works differently with others.. and then there is the issue that no one has offered me a job yet either!
