I am so very thankful to my Heavenly
Father for giving me life!

I too have been blessed with a 2nd chance in life as I've conquered "the big C"!

The double bass pedal my band got me for my last b-day. And flowers sitting on the passenger seat when my b/f took me shopping one day. I never get flowers & when I do it's really nice cuz it's simple but so thoughtful.

My family (mom's side)! It's a big family, no divorces except for like two out of grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins etc...There is so much unconditional love I can't even explain. My entire family, all the way up to 3rd & 4th cousins have a property that we go to summer after summer (except for me...only once a year...cuz I moved away...and it can be really hard sometimes) We've had this property since I was young enough to run around in diapers and it's such a blessing I'm loved by all of them and can keep in touch like I do. And anybody would feel loved by my family....they are good, good people! And they're all healthy for the most part. I've know great grandparent and great aunts all the way until their late 90's! My grandma and papa are still alive (pape is 87)! What a blessing in this day of divorce, hate and stife! I don't even know why some days I feel like life sucks...how can it when I have the support and love like I do!

my second husband,, he showed me how to be who I am today and to be me, and no one puppet, not demening myself. He showed me that there is postivity in my and my life....

Was that the bestest gift you've ever received DW, or just the best you can remember right now? hahahehehe! I knew that a lot of people would have their families and friends and as me the one's above.

Mine is the same as Stephanie's. I feel that my second husband truly saved my life. He showed me honour, caring and decency.

I'm with Barbara B --- and my 4 beautiful children. Of course--- Love's Greatest Gift of all is the gift of the atonement and the opportunity to be forgiven when I make mistakes.

Mine was not so transperant; marriage really brought me back to
human stature, before that I was like lostbird describes: drunk, disorderly,
anti-social, violent, drivven like a demon going to hell with all my might,
this relationship brought me back from the near depths of hell on earth!!
I don't think I would be here now without my wife.
