For those of you that enjoy eggsalad, I have a tiny twist. Make it the way you enjoy it. But, add some fine crumbled cooked bacon to it. Mix well. It's great. Enjoy!

Never tried it with bacon. Sounds like it would be a great one to try with the hubby. He loves bacon. I prefer olives in my egg salad.
That's a great idea. Never thought of olives either. That could be good too.

I have had green olives and it is very good. Slice or mince them.
