Today's episode begins where Hope takes a photo from Sammy who she swears looks like EJ Wells, but it is really his Grandfather Santo. Hope also makes not that Sammy looks like Great Aunt Colleen. Roman says that this explains the reason for Stephano's obsession with Sammy. The 2 ( Hope & Roman) discuss that Stephano may be recreating the past. Sammy is creeped out by all this. Sammy says it feels like fate or destiny or something. Hope puts the photos into an envelope so that Lucas would not be able to see them. Hope and Sammy discuss Sammy's relationship with EJ and her husband Lucas. Hope tells Sammy that fighting her feelings can even make them stronger. Sammy states that she is in love with her husband and denies she has any feelings for EJ. Sammy tells hope she tried to kill EJ for what he did to her. That she drugged him and doused his body in gasoline, but she could not light the gasoline on fire. Sammy admits that EJ is her friend even though he raped her, she still sticks up for him and makes excuses for him. She wants to believe he is different and wants to give him another chance. Hope reminds Sammy that EJ could be just putting up a front, and to confront her feelings truthfully and doing the right thing. Hope says their conversation is strictly between the 2 of them as Sammy hands Hope the final letters from Santo and Colleen.
Lucas gets a visit from EJ himself.. Lucas tells EJ "What you have been back from the safe house a couple of hours?... What took you so long.?" EJ asks to come in and tells Lucas he wants to be honest with him. EJ tells Lucas he envies him more than he knows. Lucas tells EJ he know what he wants.. his wife Sammy. Lucas gets upset when EJ says he wants peace and wants to sit down before Sammy has the babies and wants to be a part of the children's lives. The fact remains that the babies are EJ's. He asks for Lucas to give him respect. Lucas tells EJ that if he wants his respect, then give up parental rights to the children and he will give respect to EJ. EJ says no he wants to be a father to them. He wants them safe, happy and to be loved by family around them. EJ says he loves these children. When Lucas asked EJ how does he know what love is, EJ said that he wants to learn. EJ and Lucas continue discussing about the unborn twins and what they deserve. Lucas says he loves the kids and would do anything for the woman he loves. He will not stand in the way of EJ being the father of the twins, but if he hurts Sammy or the twins in any way, he will make sure that EJ will never see them ever again. EJ agrees and tells Lucas he will not regret the decision. Sammy comes home and sees them talking without any bloodshed as EJ tells her that she will be pleased with what they have to tell her.
They tell her that they have agreed to be civil to each other for Sammy and the twins sake. She is amazed and Lucas tells her he agrees that children should not be raised in a battle zone. Sammy tells the 2 that a weight has been lifted off her shoulders and that this is great news. Sammy thanks EJ for all this. After EJ leaves, Sammy notices the set up on the table that Lucas has set up for the 2 of them to celebrate their first night back with a romantic evening. Sammy is about in tears and says she is the luckiest woman in the world.
Marlena and John are on the company jet going to locate Tony. They are using the map they found on the back of Bart, Stephano's henchman. While they were making out, Anna shows her face as she is joining them to find her husband who has been long lost. John makes excuses why Anna should not come, but Anna does not give in and comes along. Anna tries to dress for Tony, but Marlena reminds her that they are going to a deserted Island and an evening dress may be a little overdressed... In light of this, John gets up and tells Marlena that he has never met the real Tony and is feeling insecure and asks Anna if he would like his outfit of a white shirt and white pants. They all have a good laugh. John tells Anna that the only reason he is allowing her to tag along is to positively identify Tony when they get there.
John, Marlena and Anna arrive at a little area on the Island that looks like someone has been living on this deserted island. As they brace themselves for the fact that Tony may not have survived, Tony comes running to his island home with 2 ladies following him. For the first time in 20 years, Tony has seen a plane fly over and there is Marlena. Someone he knows from Salem. He cannot believe his eyes and hugs Marlena as he is overjoyed that he will be saved. He introduced John and Marlena to the girls (Leelee and Lola) who have been on the island with him for the last 6 years. Marlena introduces her husband John to Tony which raises questions of what has happened to Roman. Marlena tells Tony about some of the things that have happened in the past. The reunion is a great one. John tells Tony that he has no idea how many crimes have been committed in his name and Tony says yes he knows that they meant for that to happen and that Andre himself said as much when they brought Tony to the Island. By they Tony said Andre and Stephano were behind this. They continued to talk about the happenings in Salem. Especially about Sammy's unborn set of twins and how EJ is the father. Tony has no idea who EJ is. They tell Tony how EJ raped Sammy and did it for the stem cells and how the Brady-Demirez feud needs to end. They told Tony about the letters between Colleen and Stephano's father back in Ireland over 50 years ago. Tony has heard bits of the story, Colleen was murdered for sure and how Santo never got over it. Tony remembers that Stephano holds the key. A literal key that he wears all the time. It is sketch about what it opens. All Tony knows is it is about the vendetta and how to end it. He does not think it will be easy to get the key and they discuss ideas on how to get it. They discuss using Tony back in Salem when Tony tells them he has no intention of ever going back to Salem.
Stephano is upset with Bo that he will not allow him to see his son. Bo asked which son and tells Stephano that it is not his son Tony, but it is Andre according to dna reports. Bo suspects that Stephano is behind Tony's disappearance. They continue to talk about the two men. When Stephano asks to leave, Bo tells him he cannot leave. He also tells Stephano that Marlena and John are on their way to search for Tony. Bo asked Stephano when the feud can end when Shawn walks in and says that the fued will never end. Shawn is very upset that Bo is questioning Stephano about Colleen. Bo forces his dad to talk about Colleen and tells him he wants to know what happened. Stephano tells Shawn to tell Bo how he murdered his own sister. Stephano was surprised that Bo was unaware of any of this...and Bo sticks up for his father Shawn saying that he did not murder anyone. Stephano tells Bo that for the second time in his life he must confront the fact that Shawn is not the man that he thought he was. Bo thinks Stephano is playing mind games. Starting tonight Stephano says he is going to end the vendata his way. When Bo asks how, Stephano says that he is going to make sure there are no more Brady's left to torment. When Bo asks Stephano what he is talking about, Roman walks into the Pub. Bo tells Roman that Anna is with John and Marlena. Roman acts jealous at the fact that Anna will be kissing Tony to see if it is the real romantico himself. When Roman and Bo leave, Stephano tells his doc to get on the phone and start calling in favors. That he wants every one of their associates at his disposal. They are going after the Brady's with both barrels loaded. Although the doc is greatful for his determination, he is worried about Stephano's health and that he is very fragile at this moment. He must focus on conserving his strength and getting his health and the stem cells. Stephano tells the doc that this is not just about the stem cells, but the fact that Andre may not make it through tonight because of Bo Brady and it is about the payback. Stephano tells Ralph (doc) that after 20 years of loyalty, that Andre was the best soldier. This cannot and will not go unpunished! Stephano shows Ralph the key to end the vandetta, literally and figuratively. It is too bad that no one will be around to know what secrets it holds. As Stepahno leaves the pub, he refuses to tell Bo how to end the vandetta. He tells Bo that his father's death wish is going to go through a significable conclusion if it is the last thing he does in this lifetime.
Bo comes home to Hope and tells her about his talk with Stephano. That Stephano is going to see this vandetta to the end. The real question now is when and where he will strike next.
The Doc delivers flowers after putting a device in them to Sammy and Lucas. You can hear something beeping in the flowers.
For Tomorrow's episode: Chelseas boyfriend sees the flowers in front of the door and picks them up and hands them to Sammy. Tony says that Stephano is no longer a part of him. Chelsea tells her boyfriend that maybe the 2 of them should break up if he cannot handle her doing the vegas thing.
