As a Stay at Home Mom (SAHM) I'm always looking for ways to boost our income and make a little money.
So far, I've made money on Associated Content, Helium, Gather, Netwinner, and Winster.
But, I was wondering if anyone else knows of ways to make money online?? I'm not necessarily looking for millions (although that would be great too) but every little bit helps.
So, if anyone has any great online money making tips, please share!

I'm also a member of MyPoints! Good idea!
And, FIRST netwinner that where I have onw the most.
Unless you manage to get into a lot of interactives or focus groups, that's not going to be big money, either, though. I'll keep checking back in case someone posts The Answer. ;)
But for a little extra, it's like a garage sale. I stick with the little stuff to keep postage reasonable.
I also go to a place called MyPoints. They send you email you read it and click on the 'get points' button and it takes you to a sight, like Avon or Verizon or whatever, and of course they want you to buy. But you don't have to unless it's something you are actually intereted in buying. If you do buy you get more points.
It's 5 points per message read. 10 points for surverys, 50 if you qualify and take the survey. If you go to their site and go through them to buy (which I have for Avon and printer ink and books, and a few other items I was going to buy anyway) you earn anywhere from $1 = 1 point up to $1 = 5 points. You can also get their credit card and get points for using it, again $1 = 1 point.
It adds up relatively quickly just reading all the emails they send but if you buy stuff to (again I only buy what I was going to buy anyway) then the points really add up.
For 3500 points you can get a $50 gift card to a lot of different places including Wal-Mart, Target, Home Depot, Avon, lots and lots of different places including places to eat out or go to a movie!
So far in the last year I've received $200 in gift cards to home depot, a great help in remodeling my home.
I look forward to seeing what others do. Good luck to you.
Right now they are taking applications for CAHSEE (California High School Exit Exam). You don't have to live in California and you would read and score essays for students who plan to graduate from high school. This is all done online and is a real job which last between 6 to 8 weeks or until all the test are graded. They train you online and when you pass the test then you can work for ETS. Most of the jobs pay between $10 to $12 an hour and shifts are 4 hours each. They have work available about 6 times a year. Some of there work requires a master degree in certain areas but most do not, just a BA.
Here is a link to the page where you can sign up and see all the different jobs that you can consider. ETS
As for earning money?...work...work..work...does it for me. It's old fashioned but...it works. ::grins:::
Being a backup baby sitter for working moms . Sometimes their babysitters get sick.
Substitute school teacher. Usually get to work more than you want. But can always say no. I just reinvent things make something new and exciting from them. Glive them as gifts to save money and sell a lot from word of mouth.
I too have made money with Associated Content. Will you please share with us what Helium, Netwinner, and Winster are about?
As was mentioned, interactive surveys and focus groups offer the most money.
Have you checked out gather.com? You earn points to get cash, but you have to be real active and publish alot... hehe!

www.squidoo.com hosts webpages you write (simple, one page), then splits with you ad revenue and affiliate income (affiliation is available for Amazon, eBay, CafePress, probably some I'm not thinking of). They handle everything but the writing. You keep your copyright. You can see a sample of one of mine here: http://www.squidoo.com/GuildWarsGuide/
www.hubpages.com is similar to squidoo, but for them you have to set up affiliate status with Amazon, Adsense with google, etc. They walk you through it. You get higher percentages of the revenue than with squidoo, though, for your extra trouble.
For actual cash money, I've found a few paid to read e-mail companies that are good and pay decently. The best is Hits4Pay. http://hits4pay.com/members/index.cgi?naturalhazard
I've been with them for two months. The first month I made $88.56. (I have a scan of my paycheck up on my Squidoo.) This month I made $95.82. They switched to Paypal payments this month so no scan of that one.
There's also a good start up company, Myster-e-mail, that you can set up to process automatic payments via Paypal, or you can have save up your earnings to a certain payout you set. I've been paid by it three times, but I have it set for auto, so they've been small payments.
http://www.myster-e-mail.com/pages/index.php?refid=naturalhazard
I also take surveys. I agree that Pinecone is good. $5 per survey and they pay quickly via Paypal. A couple of other good survey companies are Memolink and NFO My Survey. Memolink pays you for surveys, to read e-mails, to sign up, to shop, etc. I like to cash out for the Webcertificates because I can use that like a credit card to buy anything. Here's the link.
http://media303.com/z/402/CD6637/
NFO My Survey pays you just to take surveys. You can cash your points out for cash. I've been paid by NFO three or four times. I cash out when I reach $20. It provides me with four or five surveys per month so the points add up and I can cash out pretty often. http://fun.mysurvey.com/join.cfm?r=2975822
Finally, if you want to keep up with programs to earn with as I find them, you can check out my Squidoo now and then. I only list programs after I have been paid by them, so you can know that they're for real. I also include how tos on marketing and advertising. http://www.squidoo.com/money-for-nothing/
Best of luck,
Carlie
Netwinner is a 100% FREE Game site that you earn points or cash. The points can be redeemed for gift cards to places like Target, Victoria's Secret, Starbucks, etc.
You can learn more by looking at my article http://www.gather.com/viewArticle.jsp?articleId=281474977048502
Winster is another game site. They give you a two week free trial. You win points which you can trade for prizes like free movie tickets, ipods, etc. After the two week free trial, it turns into a paid membership. There are different levels, up to $9 per month. I still play because even for the $9 I come out ahead. I can usually win at least 2 movie tickets in a month, sometimes more...which is worth more than $9 so I figure I come out ahead. You can read more about it here http://www.gather.com/viewArticle.jsp?articleId=281474976997503
Helium is a site that you write articles for like Associated content. It doesn't pay as much, though. You make money from page views and if you win contests you can win pretty good money depending on the contest. If you want to read some of the stuff I've written there, look at this post
http://www.gather.com/viewArticle.jsp?articleId=281474976972276
If you want an invitation to join, send me an email with your personal email address and I'll invite you.
But on another note I have done well with mypoints and paid survey sites. Just looked at Pinecone and it didn't look like I could sign up so I'll just have to keep on checking there.
I have made a little selling books on Amazon. Of course when these books go, I won't have more to replace them.....
Like some of the others, I go to MyPoints also. Another thing you could do, is sale Avon! Obvisouly, you would have to find an independent sales representative, in your area, call them, they will come to your house, explain everything, and get you started! But, it's not like the old days any more, you don't have to go door to door...they started a program called e-reprensentatives. You set up your own Avon website, give it to your customers, and they can go online and order. You take care of everything, right out of your home, on the computer! Of course, there is a small fee, seriously small, but if you find the right reprensatative, they may be willing to waive, or pay the fee for you! I sell Avon, but I am not an e-reprensatative, yet, because I have not had time to sit down and do it, between work, school, and my son! Good luck...and remember, before you sign up for anything, read the small print! Don't get ripped off! Chas
Hey, I forgot one! I just signed up the other day, at a website, called: inboxdollars.com Hope this one helps you too! Chas

As for a whole lot of real cash money, I haven't figured that out yet in 13 years on the internet ... The last 7 years have brought me enough to pay the bills, but that's about it! Good luck!
coolopportunies.blogspot.com.
I am the same as you I only blog the sites that have paid me.
I didn't like the survey sites, or the read the e-mails. Too dependent on giving me the opportunities. Then there was keeping track of everything and everyone wanting you to sign up for offers here and there.
Helium-Write an article on any of thousands of topics. It can be fun, and addicting. You will only make pennies. However, if you build up a large pile of articles and they each make a few pennies a month...it can become a lot and eventually it can make money with little to no effort. On top of that, they have a market place where real publishers are looking for articles and paying for them. Plus they have contests where you can win more money (I took second in my first contest and won 25 dollars, plus each article has made a few pennies a month since I joined in August).
Associated Content-They will pay you upfront for some articles. Even if they won't pay you for what you have to say (not original enough, published elsewhere) they have performance pay now where you get 1.50 per 1000 page views. Once again, you can work hard and make your pennies add up into dollars.
Constant Content-Post your articles here and have others buy them from you. I haven't used this site yet, but it has potential. I have heard good things and look forward to trying them out.
If you have a blog that is older then three months, check out PayPerPost. I have made a lot of money there...
For more, check out my blog...http://zero27zeros.blogspot.com here I share how much I am making, from where, and how. Plus I talk about new websites and ways to make money that I find as I find it.
I see a lot of great opportunities to earn money here.
Now I realized everybody can post their referral links here, is that allowed? That is great.
If anybody is interested I also have a blogsite http:earn-income-at-home.blogspot.com
I am not earning $1000 amonth like the other members, but hope to reach that mark too.
It will take awhile since I work full time away from home.
