As is with many things in this world I assume I am normal/ok unless proven otherwise and I think I am being proven otherwise at the moment. I have always had a bit of a phobia of poo and puke but I find that to be normal since both are disgusting and nasty and icky and whatever else. So in turn I try not to talk about them too much, but alas sometimes you must.
I know I have an unusual diet that usually doesnt consist of very much food compared to other people and because of this I always assumed I pooed less than other people because well I dont have as much to get rid of if ya know what I mean. But I have been looking into fasting and such things and they say you should be pooing after EVERY MEAL. I thought once a day was on the high side but two or three times a day...wow...not for me. While I don't chart my number 2's I would say I usually lay a duce every week or so.
So how often do you poo, go number 2, lay a duce, go poopy in the potty, drop the kids off at the pool, or whatever else you want to call it? I can't be the only one to have a less active bowel.

sorry about the spelling. I have had it both ways as well. i on so many meducations for my illnesses that i am luckly if i go once maybe twice a month. My doctors have me on all kinds of things to get things moving but doesn't help much. I think you should talk to your doctor about this to make sure it is not a under-line problem. there is health on this site you could send your article to them ot ask guestions and answer group as well. Now that i am done talking about a sh---- conversation i must be off to comments in more playes. God Bless you hon and god luck. please do talk to someone okay? dee-dee
Once every week or so seems really low, to me, but I am no expert. I would try to experiment with some fiber like Denise said. I don't go everyday, probably more like every 2 to 3, but I don't eat much either. It all depends on what I eat, for me a lot depends on my food allergies.
as what you've heard proclaimed healthy.
LOL
No, your not the only one to have a less active bowel.
To avoid the TMI which is not really possible with this question

The more interesting question would be....
WHO GOES after EVERY MEAL???
I think after every meal is probably expecting a lot for most people. I used to be every other or third day, but now that I eat healthier(less food, but more fiber) it's usually once a day.
