The Farmer's Market is really starting to get busy now. The assortment of fruits and veggies is huge: sweet corn, tomatoes, potatoes, onions, leaf lettuce, raspberries, cherries...
These are my picks for the day.
I picked up a bar of goatsmilk and tea tree oil facial soap and a bar of pet soap. They smell heavenly!

This is probably the largest head of cauliflower I have ever seen. It is perfect, no yellowing or insect damage. Now I just to have come up with recipes. This will comprise at least three meals!

Fresh basil, which was the star of last night's dinner:
A Lucifer Crocosmia. Matt just couldn't resist. We will plant this on the end of the shade garden, which gets a little sun. Should be perfect!
Another good haul!

Ever come to Mich., Mog?
Laura, I LOVE cauliflower soup! Maybe I'll write an article asking for recipes.
Angela, I always like that too.
Someone was also there with fresh wheat bread, really good stuff.
Our family will just eat cauliflower cut up, but I agree it's good in soup. Also a friend of mine prepares hers like mashed potatoes.
Nice finds Shannon.

I like the plant.
Try to not get confused which new heavenly scented soap goes where....:)
JF, that looks very good, especially with the Jarlsberg.
YW, Lar.
Connie, I love this soap! And I can't wait to try the pet soap and see if it's as good. If so, we will be buying more of the lady's stuff.
