Tonight's dessert was healthy and wonderful!
Toss together your favorite sliced fruit with fresh lemon juice. Drizzle with honey and carefully mix. 
Serve topped with shredded coconut. 
That's all there is to it.
I used nectarines, peaches, two kinds of plums and banana.

Shoot, a frittata is SO easy! Love those things. SPeaking of that, I haven't eaten yet.
You do know the one I mean though? It has the mandarin oranges, pineapple, slivered almonds, coconut and miniature marshmallows tossed with sour cream. Yours sounds much healthier!
