Is it me or what? After Lance Armstrong retired and Floyd "Testosterone" Landis was caught cheating, has the the Tour de France become the Tour de "Who Cares" ? Is anyone out there following this years race?
Simply a yes or no.

Floyd Landis has not been convicted of doping. If you've paid attention to the details of his case, it is apparent that the lab that processed his samples did not pass the qualifying test prior to the Tour. Right now, I'm not convinced he doped; the scenatio makes absolutely no sense.
The teams riding bikes like mine have won three stages and taken several second place finishes. I like that as it motivates me in some crazy, consumerist way. Cycling is in my blood. How many of "No's" are avid cyclists? I bet not many.
Until you had the rush of a downhill run at 40 mph or climbed that killing hill you never thought you could, you may not get it.
Not one rider has been tagged for doping this year. And without Lance Armstrong destroying everyone else, the tour is actually more interesting. In the past, it was basically a question of whether Discovery could protect thar phenom well enough for him to crush everyone near the finish.
No, I could never get into cycling, give me something with an engine in it, its a lot easier! I have hired a car in France and seen some of the route though.
