He's not dead, but the CIA probably has a stash of bin Laden videos right beside their in-house porn collection, and whenever GWB starts getting nervous about the wave of hatred and disgust finally sweeping the country, the CIA are instructed to pop in another tape. Then Bush will stand in the rose garden chanting "9/11 9/11 9/11 9/11 9/11!" for half an hour, while the networks record footage for the nightly news.
