If you grew up in the 80's, then you'll surely enjoy seeing Music and Lyrics with Hugh Grant and Drew Barrymore. It's about a former 80's icon (Grant) who is trying to make a comeback. You can read my full review at the link below:

As a fan of Drew Barrymore's I was looking forward to this movie and I found it to be - Okay. It didn't wow me with it's romantic comedy magic. It felt kind of ho-hum and I guess that I was expecting more. But I still enjoyed the fact that I shut my brain off for almost two hours and I guess that's good enough.

I was also surprised - I had heard so many glowing reviews and was expecting something to WOW me like Love Actually did... (now there's a movie I could watch again and again) but it was just "ok." It was entertaining, don't get me wrong, and the music was fun and poppy, but I wouldn't jump for joy if I ran across it on HBO... I'd probably keep flipping channels.

I thought this was a fun, entertaining movie. I love the fact that they went to such great lengths to create an 80s video a la Wham. Very funny.

I laughed so hard every time they did POP I thought I would pop. My daughter kept slapping me in the theathre. It was a riot!
