Pardoned by Heather L. Campbell June 24, 1999 Yesterday, a prisoner was set free. No more suffering in her failed body, No longer days spent lying in her bed, No longer living life in her head. She had visitors, she was not alone. Just a smile is all she had shown. She's free, she's free to sing and dance. She's free, she's free of her circumstance. She thought of others and kept in touch, All her family loved her very very much. She believed in the Bible and the Lord above, She is now free of pain, above in God's Love. Please "Celebrate her new life today!" Though others may find that odd to say, She's free, she's free, there's no more torment, She's free, she's with the Lord for every moment.

Thanks Ann, I wrote it 8 years ago and when my mother died three years ago I customized it to her and read it at her funeral.
A very wonderful tribute indeed!
Thank you for sharing!
