Ok.. now that I have your attention... I have a few questions that I really want honest input on...
I have decided now that I quit smoking, I want to become more healthier and start excercising more and eating right... I do seriously need to go on a diet as I never lost any baby fat from any of my 4 children that I have and I want to get back down to a size 8 clothing.
I have started weight watcher, and although I am losing about a pound a week, I would really like to see more of a drastic loss than 4 lbs in my first month of trying.. I have not dropped down in pants size or anything... but I want to...
I weigh about 194 lbs right now and I am currently using Weightwatcher's Online to track what I eat during the day..
I am trying to take a walk for at least a half an hour a few times a week... along with doing daily sit ups and stuff...
Do you recommend me doing anything else or spicing up what i am currently doing?

N.O.P.E. Not One Puff Ever...
I am an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer & have worked w/ many clients who've not had half the motivation you seem to. WAY TO GO!!!
I am having a difficult time losing my baby weight also. My son is going to be a year and I am still about 15 pounds bigger than I would like to be. I've lost 30 pounds, but my clothes still don't fit. I understand your frustration.
Sarah... before having kids i weighed 125 wet... and have not weighed that since getting prego with my first almost 20 years ago...
Sorry Larry... I will try to keep that from happening in the future... If I tried to make the font smaller, you really would not be able to read it...lol
My best advice is to walk. Walk everyday if you can, even if it's just 10 minutes. something is better than nothing. And tons of water. Drink up and eat those non calorie veggies.
