Cut the pictures from all those family picture Xmas cards using the split ball as your template.
Insert pic and glue around edge.
I put glitter snow and mini Xmas doodads in with the pic but its not a must
Glue nice ribbon or I sometimes cut up skinny feather boas and glue that all arund the edge.
Now you've gotten rid of those pics in a good way-give them back to the people who sent them as Xmas ornaments. They'll love it I've been doing this for years.
