Anastacia (don't worry, I sometimes misspell her name too) is a fine girl in her own right. Her sire was the legendary Fenix. Great foals are anticipated by combining the lines of Fenix and Anibal!

I have some friends that own Peruvians and they are some of the beautiful creatures to behold! Their high step is so amazing to watch. I so enjoyed seeing Anastacia in action. She indeed is a beautiful horse to behold. Thank you so much for sharing with us!:)

I know you've told me that this special gait is natural for this breed. But I'll bet they have to get a substantial amount of training to perform professionally. I would love to see Favorito and Anastacia performing on this level. And I think I've been spelling her name wrong all this time. Yikes!

Yes, I thoroughly enjoyed it. My computer screen sits in front of a window, so I pretended I was looking out the window and watching this endearing horse putting on a lovely show. Bravo!

But I have questions. Does Favorito's sister live in Peru? If yes, how did she get there?

I'm going to watch the show again after I post this.

Verie, Favorito's sister was born here in the States. Anibal was born in Peru and was imported to the States (Texas) specifically to breed into the Fenix line. Both Anibal and Favorito's sister (a year older than Favorito) reside in Texas on the beautiful Anderson Pecan Valley Ranch.
There is some confidence that she will win the Nationals in her class in October. We are hoping to see Favorito shown next year, as a three year old. :)

Pam, Anastacia may well take to the ring more comfortably than Favorito (who acts like a one woman horse at this stage of his life.) I very much hope that we can give them both the opportunity to show. Both are outstanding representatives of their distinguished sires.

No such travel for me Wilma. I was house/pet sitting for 10 days with no internet access. :) It's good to be back!
