After 42 years of smoking, tomorrow (Monday, 7/9) is the big day. I started taking Chantix a week ago as prescribed, but I'm scared to death. I know it will be the hardest thing I've ever done, but I have to succeed! There are thousands of benefits of kicking the habit, but only two reasons to keep smoking: fear of kicking the addiction (I freely admit this) and too lazy to break the habit. Suggestions for success or words of encouragement would be greatly appreciated over the next few weeks.
