Ok this is for president of the United States and you are talking about the Clark Kent who is superman and not the Gather member whose name is Clark Kent right?

Obama seems like a nice guy but the Clinton Machine will eat him alive in crunch time. Poor fella.

I think we have to get this Gather thing put right and Shelley and Barney are just the ones to do it.

I'll get very serious with you for a sec, John. I am so certain that Obama is going to win that I put a great deal of money on him. I forewarned the person that I had some good information about it, but he went ahead and bet me anyway.

I was a Hillary person, until she voted for that dumb war. I don't consider myself very clever, and I figured if a big dummy like I am could figure out back in '01 that we had no business in Iraq, then she knew it, too. I watched her during that vote. She didn't vote with conviction; she gave in to pressure. I lost all respect for her ability to lead or be a leader. From that point on, the only person I believed could effective lead in the Dem party was Al Gore. But then Barack Obama came into the forefront, and when I learned he had sense enough to see through this dumb war, I knew I had my man. If Hillary was weak before, she can't lead, if Hillary didn't have the strength to fight GW then, she shouldn't lead, if Hillary was fooled by GW, (I wasn't), she isn't and could not be an effective leader.

...and it's like her husband said, EXPERIENCE? always touting experience? Well, Bill said there is the right kind of experience and the wrong kind of experience. Hillary may have the kind of experience that would make her a good vice presidential candidate, but never one that should put her in the driver's seat of running this country. No, she still has training wheels on.

I think Obama is the best candidate on the Dem side as well. I am a conservative and Obama is the only one who hasn't been caught talking out of both sides of his mouth. There is so much negative footage on Hillary. It would be a disaster if she won the nomination. Look what happened to Kerry for doing the same thing. She would definitely feel the bower of a swift boat attack. I root for Hillary.

I just think that the media is owned by Bill at least mainstream media is. They are going to do what ever it takes to help out Bill's wife. They are already digging up what ever they can find on him and giving it to the media.

Nalita because I want a republican to win. Mohahahahaha!!! I am an independent conservative. If a democrat did win I would think Obama would be best. If Hilary got nominated forget it. Republicans win for sure. Obama though could win he really doesn't have any baggage and hes a nice guy.

Hmmmm....Clark Kent, huh? So with the x-ray vision thing going, would he plan to take over the psychic powers of Michael Chertoff and become a one-man Homeland Security agency?

I will say this. I think Clark Kent is misunderstood to the extreme. As you read some of his comments you may find him a tad abrasive; I deem it "passionate". He is so concerned about the state of affairs in this country and in the world that he doesn't have much patience with some whom continue to march blindly to the beat of "taps", leading this country into further despair and destruction.
It's apparent -- to me, at least -- that he is extremely patriotic, and loves America and is trying to get others to wake up. Many translate that into "jerk" -- no.

He is like a one-man crusade to return this country to its roots of truth, justice and the American way, like Clark Kent, and thus the name, "Clark Kent."

At least, that's my take on it :=) .

I applaud him for his tenacity. Can't be easy with all of the attacks he encounters.

Come to think of it, wouldn't hurt a number of the slumbering to have x-ray vision. Maybe then, when they did wake up or when their eyes were opened they could see into the hearts of their "leaders".
