Morgan Hill's July 4th Parade. ~A Photo Essay~

Photo Essay Contest. Morgan Hill's 4th of July Parade is one of the biggest in the state of CA.  I got to sit in the reviewing stand/announcer booth and had a great place to take photos from! It was soooooo much fun!  I took tons of photos of the parade and have published most of them.  If you care to check them out and comment please do so.

There were very famous people there too!
Marilyn and Uncle Sam!

Soldiers from a re-inactment group displayed the colors.

4 bi-planes did a fly over during the parade.  That was very cool!

Later that evening we went to Community Park to watch the fireworks.  Sunset, waiting for it to get dark

This was one of the few years I did not attend this parade. I have marched in it almost every year since 1972 as part of the HS band. And after that in the alumni band. It's a great parade, but the last couple of years I haven't driven to MH to see it. Thanks for the pictures, but where is one of the Emerald Regime? Just kidding.
