the trees are moving

The trees are moving in the wind

but i am not

i am sitting very still

waiting for the world to move

then i get tired of nothing changing

always watching the same view

and wish the wind would move me

too.

Spencer, the rooster amongst us, wouldn't it be nice if the wind would bring someone as nice as you rather than constant rain

This is very visual and calming. I can picture you, serene among the grasses, watching the wind move the world around you. Like this very much.

thanks Mary, actually i am serene behind my window, it is too cold here to watch the wind outside..but one day soon when summer arrives finally, i am glad you liked the poem!
