Mmmm, antioxidants. I used the fresh blueberries from our local Farmer’s Market for this easy smoothie.
After the poison we had for dinner, we needed a healthy snack. Measurements are approximate.
2 cups fresh blueberries
1 cup ice
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
honey to taste
Add all ingredients to the blender and blend til smooth and creamy.
