Today, I went kayaking for the first time, and I can't tell you how much I love it.
Is there anyone out there who might know anything about it? I hate to admit that I don't even know if I'm holding the paddle right (I don't think I am since I keep whacking my hand on the kayak - plus there are these rubber thingys on the paddle, which I'm sure serve a purpose, but I'll be darned if I can figure it out). I'm also sure there is a method for paddling (another question: do I twist and bend my upper body to paddle, or just use my arms/shoulders??? - told you I knew nothing).
If anyone knows anything about kayaking, I'd love to hear from you. I intend to get out there on the water every day I can this Summer, and need a little guidance/instruction.
