Who else doesn't want an I phone?  Who plans to drop 500 on the I phone and another 1200 for two years of service?  The inner cheapskate in me doesn't want to go down that road.

I have no desire for one either. I like my very basic cell phone that has only a couple options. I prefer to have my iPod and my cell phone separately. I think the price is obnoxious, but then again, I tend to be rather cheap.

I can't wait to get one. I love gadgets. I have been putting money aside every paycheck so it wont hurt my budget. I should have enough by 2010

I have no desire either. I'll stick with my cell phone for a while - it's 4 years old, I can't talk on it for more than 10 minutes before the battery dies and it doesn't even have a camera

The I-phone is an invative new product by Apple. Think web browser/pivot screen/cell phone.

I guess I'm just an old foggy. No iPod, still listen to my music via CDs. A cell phone in the car for emergencies. I don't like gadgets. If Apple has a lot of money invested in this I phone, they are either going to make a pile of money or suffer a big loss. It has nothing that I want and all of the reasons I retired 20 years ago when the laptop became a neccessity. A means of losing you individuality and privacy.

Yeah, but there are probably those who will plop down the money in order to be current. We listen to some CDs in the car. We rarely use our personal cell phone. I have one for work, and that isn't used for except when people need to get ahold of me, or when I need to contact a co-worker. Supposedly, there are people who will buy stuff. If people didn't have internetthrough some other way, maybe. But it's still probably really expensive.

Nope...don't need it. I'd rather do other crazy things...like, oh, I don't know--feed my kids? Use electricity? LOL

Besides, it's not fancy enough for me--I'll wait until I can get one that is diamond encrusted and 24k gold...then I can have my cabana boy carry it for me, and hold it to my ear when I want to use it as a phone, whilst he feeds me peeled grapes.

Ididn't even want a camera phone, but they don't make a regular phone anymore.
I got better ways to spend my money, like purses ans shoes:)

no I phone for me, i have trouble with the phone I have now. My 3yr old grandson had to show me how to turn the ringer off and on LOL
