Supper tonite was a quick and dirty affair - frozen fettucine alfredo with chicken and broccoli. Michelina's is one of the cheapest brands and I had a coupon as well, so it won the last time I went frozen food shopping.

Honestly, it wasn't bad. It had lots of pepper. The chicken bits were decidedly lacking - they tasted like the fake chicken you get in fast food nuggets - but the noodles did come o
ut pretty well and the broccoli was not mushy.
Of course, as with most frozen food, you pass up healthy food for quick and easy food. The package contained about a cup of noodles and sauce which had 310 calories, 11 grams of fat and a good bit of sodium (680 mg). But for $1.25, I can't complain.
