Ukrainian Misery Salad

2 lb Cucumbers peeled sliced 1/4"
1 c Honey
2 c Sour Cream

Heat honey until warm & runny.
Add to sour cream &a fold until evenly mixed.
Pour this mixture over cucumbers then chill for 1-3 hrs.

*NOTE:
If cucumbers are too sweet you may add 1 ts of lemon juice or vinegar to salad then stir well.
