I will be watching the telecast of the Democratic Forum at Howard University tonight at 9 p.m. Eastern, and live blogging the event for Gather.com. Tune in to PBS for the event, and my blog for a New Mexican's opinions on all the discussion.

Who will answer the journalists' questions best? My money's on Gov. Richardson and Sen. Obama being the most eloquent and interesting, but there could be some surprises. Post your thoughts here, and stay tuned for tonight's event!

Inspired by the book The Covenant with Black America, The All-American Presidential Forums on PBS marks the first time that a panel comprised of journalists of color will be represented in primetime. Many of the questions that will be asked of the candidates focus on key domestic priorities that were originally outlined in the book.
