Omlets in A Bag
Have your guests use a permanent marker to write their name on a quart size
freezer bag. Crack large or XL eggs into the bag (more that 2 eggs will not work)
Shake well. Put outa variety of ingredients such as chopped ham, onion,
green pepper, tomato, shredded cheese, salsa, etc. Have your guests add the
ingredients of their choice to the bag and shake. Place the bags into rolling boiling
water for exactly 13 minutes. You can usually cook 6-8 omelets in a large pot.
For more, make another pot of water. Open the bags and the omelets will roll
out easily. Be prepared for everyone to be amazed. This is nice to serve
with fresh fruit and a coffee cake or biscuits. It's a great
conversation piece and everyone gets involved.
It's easy, convenient and delicious and not fat involved.
I've used this recipe many times it really works and alot of fun too.
Give it a try you'll like it.
