Cash option?

So far, I have 3,167 points, but people say click on cash thing-where it says, cash 50/3,000 per month, its not clickable, then I go to offers and its not on the list. Why can't I redeem for this?

I believe it's because the 3000 points have to be received in a one month period. If it's 5 weeks for example, you don't get the cash.
