All senators (hired) to work for the American People shall be required to remain in their home districts 90% of the year.
Senators will be expected to work 40 hours per week, each week.
Senators will have two full weeks for vacation after their 1st year in office.
Senators will take advantage of the information superhighway and vote on bills from their home offices.
All donations from corporations or special interest groups to Senators will be considered bribes and the acceptance of such donations will carry a penalty of prison time.
Senators who make laws that later prove to be detrimental to the effective functioning of the nation, will be fired and their laws will be repealed immediately.
The Senate shall operate on a salaried basis and will be considered ineligible for overtime.
Senators will be expected to provide monthly progress reports to their constituents.
Senators who fail to meet the nations expectations will be placed on probation.
Senators who are on probation will be ineligible to vote on laws.
Senators will be required to pass exams in American History.
