I am way to tired tonight to post pics....
All I can think of is a cool bowl of ice cream.....
I am a self proclaimed ice cream aholic.....and I really really want someonet o jump in the car and go get someLOL....
I believe I have offically run out of pics to post....had I a bit more time I wold run about the tourist part of the city....it could still happen....lol....
or dig out pics that are not already loaded onto my computer....that too may happen...but not tonight!
I ammovingonto some choc flavored coffee....in place of the ice cream that I am not gonna get!
I have a feeling this will be ahuge post weekend for pics here on gather...
I can say that I have really gotten to know some of you through all these pics.....what catches your eye....pics you have that you may never have shared with us otherwise....
I am one of those people who pretty much lays it all out there....LOL...whether you want me to or not.....
I need to dig the ice cream machine out....or at least the ice shaver.... jeesh....
one thing I can say I miss about the city....( omg I did not say that) is Ted Drew's custard....
baskin robbins....and th variety of ice cream choices at the markets....I could spend an hour deciding on which to choose...and have been known to choose them all if a good sale is going on....! thats why I own a freezer.....LOL.....(kinda just jokin)
my favorite store ice cream is no longer made....a food store chain called national...used to have a soft creamy light peanut butter ice cream with a dark hard crack chocolate ribbon through it....
it was the bomb.....
I also like push pops..... those cheap flavored ice thingys.... oh and bomb pops....do I love bomb pops...( this coffe is just not cutting it) HA

I know the time it takes....

I have 4 quarts of Eddy's Grand in the Freezer! Cookie Dough, French Vanilla, Chocolate Chunk, and some caramel flavored thang. Butterscotch, strawberry, and hot fudge topping, cherries, sprinkles, vanilla wafers...all for banana splits. I even have whipped cream! The really bad for you spray on schtuff. Run on over and have a bucket! I'll put on a fresh cuppa coffee.
Good thing I don't like Ice Cream. Is that Un-American, or what? I bought it for when the kids and grand kids come over this summer...and it will sit up there, not even calling to me, not whispering, just sittin'...
Now, the chocolate coffee? Or coffee and brandy, or coffee and french vanilla creamer? THAT is the bomb-diggity. Kaluha & Cream? Oh, my.
Spinach dip and real hot thin chips.
Pasta House Salad and bread stix.
Hot baked potatoes, fresh asparagus with lime creme topping. Pecan Pie. Now, that's a dinner and desert.
Went to the farmers market and bought the first of the "real" tomatos. Not quite there yet...soon--soon. I eat them like apples. Make Slab tomato sandwiches... with swiss.
Ice cream seems pretty darned bland to me...
