Volleyball Tourney cont'd

After making my last post, I thought more about that tournament that made me laugh and that I wanted to write about.  In the tourney, we dressed up as pirates and lost boys, and we brought the appropriate costumes.  I love shopping at the dollar store because they had so much cool stuff.  We bought some swords that made sounds when you played with them, just cheap plastic ones.  They were nothing like these pirate swords, but they were still fun.  What was hilarious, was that almost every one of our guys had brought some kind of blade with them already!  And if they didn't, they were buying knives at K-mart on the way to Virginia.  The concepts of masculinity have been slightly skewed due to Josh Knoechel and his flea market trips, oh well.  It was funny.  I ended up having this huge masheti like knive that I used as Peter Pan.  I took it to the lake, and we all started hunting various fish foods for us.  The guys are seriously into Man vs. Wild right now, so they loved it.  Anyway, just wanted to share.  So much stuff happens at Young Life camp.  I'll probably write more later.
